Tunnel Freezer
The tunnel freezer is a direct contact freezer which is developed basing on air blast freezing method, and relies on the forced, high speed, cold air circulation to remove heat from the products to be frozen. Freezing with the use of air as the cooling medium, through a heat convection process to transfer heat, and finally achieves a fast freezing performance.

- Solid Band Tunnel Freezer
The tunnel freezer is primarily used to freeze flat food products, such as fish fillets, peeled shrimps, squids, dumplings, etc. The tunnel freezer is equipped with a hygienic and highly effective evaporator, which uses the newest liquid supply method, allowing for higher heat exchange efficiency than traditional method by 20%.

The mesh belt tunnel freezer is used to achieve a quick freeze process for granular and small pieces of food. A larger mesh belt tunnel freezer is also applicable to individual quick freezing of prepared food, such as an entire chicken or fish.
