Square Technology produces low tension spiral freezer, self-stacking spiral freezer, spiral cooler & conveyors. Spiral freezers are continuous freezing devices which are developed using an air-blast freezing method. Square Technology is honored to draft the Chinese National Standard of spiral freezer. The spiral freezer can be mainly used to freeze individual products and packed products for various frozen food industry.

Low Tension Spiral Freezer (single drum) The low-tension spiral freezer with single drum produced by Square Technology is applicable to individual quick frozen of granulated and small-piece food. However, the large-scale freezing devices of which also apply to individual quick frozen of large-sized frozen food such as the prepared meals, whole chickens, whole fish and so on.

    2. Self Stacking Spiral Freezer The self-stacking spiral freezer produced by Square Technology applies to individual quick frozen of granulated and blocked food, such as the hot-pot spices, meatballs, hamburger cakes, fried chicken nuggets, fish and other cooked food and small-package food.

Spiral Cooler and Conveyor The spiral cooler and conveyor apply to the natural cooling of unpackaged food, which is usually used to cool off the foods from higher temperature to the room temperature. This is commonly done with bread which is freshly baked, hot cakes, egg-tarts, hamburgers, and fried foods.
